Headline:          Travel Advisory issued for Chenango County due to road 
conditions
Description: A Travel Advisory has been issued for Chenango County until 9 pm 
tonight. Motorists are urged to stay off the roadways and no unnecessary travel 
is encouraged. With the increasing snowfall rates today, and the potential of 
wind gusts up to 30 mph, travel will remain difficult.
Instructions: All State, County, and Local Highway departments are continuing to 
work attempting to clear the roadways. Citizens are asked to remove all parked 
and abandoned vehicles from the roadways to allow the highway crews to properly 
clear the roadways.
